These are qualification certificates issued by the National Center for Environmental Compliance through consultancy offices accredited by the Center — and Arbon Environmental Consultancy is one of those accredited offices. Environmental permits are issued according to the Center's executive regulations, after reviewing the environmental classification form: all environmental consultations are included in the final design of the environmental studies, with follow-up and evaluation until the project's environmental permit is issued.
